The Adirondack Center is a private resort in the scenic foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, just seven miles from Johnstown, NY. On the southern border of the six million acre Adirondack Park, the Center is conveniently located near the New York State Thruway, only one hour west of Albany. See a large road map
From the West:
- Exit 29 off the NYS Thruway (Interstate 90)
- Right onto Route 5S into Canajoharie
- Right onto Route 10 North to Ephratah
(8.9 miles)
(Pass intersection of Route 67 East)
- Opposite Power Plant in Ephratah make a Right
onto Mud Road (2.2 miles)
- Left onto Hart Road (.25 mile)
- Right into The Adirondack Center
From the East:
- Exit 28 off the NYS Thruway (Interstate 90)
- Left after tolls
- Right onto Route 30A North to Johnstown
(5 miles)
- Left onto Route 67 West through
Johnstown (5.4 miles)
- Climb steep hill (sharp curves) and then down
hill. At base of hill turn Right and pass in front of the gate to
Fulton County Department of Solid Waste onto Mud Road (you are in the woods
now!)
- Travel 1.5 miles on Mud Road
- Right onto Hart Road (.25 mile)
- Right into The Adirondack Center
From Saratoga and the Northeast:
- Follow Route 29 West to the city limits of
Johnstown
- Left onto Route 30A South
- Right at the next light onto Route 29
West
- Route 29 West connects with Route 67 West in
the center of Johnstown
- Stay on Route 67 West for 5 miles
- Climb steep hill (sharp curves) and then down
hill. At base of hill turn Right and pass in front of the gate to
Fulton County Department of Solid Waste onto Mud Road (you are in the woods
now!)
- Travel 1.5 miles on Mud Road
- Right onto Hart Road (.25 mile)
- Right into The Adirondack Center
